At Uniting AgeWell, we assist you to restore and maintain your health and wellbeing, to remain engaged with your community and to celebrate life with others as you age.

Our 20 residential care communities across metropolitan and regional Victoria and Tasmania provide outstanding care and support in a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment. We deliver 24/7 clinical care by highly qualified, experienced staff who truly value older people, so you can have peace of mind that assistance is always available.

We also recognise everyone’s ageing journey is different and people’s needs may change. Our ageing in place model means if you require more specialised support, your care can be adapted where you are. This includes specialised dementia care or palliative support.

Savour restaurant quality meals prepared by in-house chefs, enjoy a laugh with friends over a game, take time out in landscaped gardens, visit the local sights, keep active with wellness classes or create a new masterpiece in the art group.
