In seeking to advance the principle of person-centred care for older people, the Framework outlines the approach and measures we will take to support the mental health and wellbeing of the older people in our care and also of our staff.
By taking a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, we will contribute to the quality of life of older people and the carers and families that Uniting AgeWell interacts with, while also supporting our staff by effectively addressing mental health in the workplace.
