Uniting AgeWell is holding a FREE community information session about planning for your future care and legal needs.
Advanced Care Planning
If you were too sick to make decisions about your medical treatment, would people know what you want? Advance Care Planning makes things easier for the people you care about. Come and learn how you can plan ahead.
Power of Attorney and Wills
Planning ahead can help older people alleviate fear, stress and uncertainty.
Writing your Will is a very important part of that plan. In this practical information session, we explore some of the issues that need to be considered when making a Will.
We also discuss the role of a Power of Attorney – a delegated authority able to make important decisions on your behalf when you need it most. This includes personal, financial and/or medical Powers of Attorney.
