2024 was a year of unprecedented growth and investment in the future of Uniting AgeWell and the services we provide.
It also marked the 20th anniversary of the organisation which now has over 17,000 customers supported by 4,500 staff and 400 volunteers.
An insight into an extraordinary year was captured in a video shown at the event bringing to life the organisation's vital work as an industry leader and advocate for older Australians and aged care, and showcased the exceptional care and commitment of our workforce.

The annual AgeWell Awards recognise individuals and teams who have displayed outstanding commitment and service to Uniting AgeWell.
The AgeWell Awards provide us with an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the wonderful work and contribution of our Uniting AgeWell colleagues.
This year, 22 Finalists for the eight categories were selected from over 275 nominations, after a rigorous process of confirmation and assessment by members of the Senior Executive Team.
Winners and finalists were honoured at the prestigious AgeWell Awards Celebration held at The Edge, Federation Square Melbourne on Thursday 21 November, 2024.
