Home care worker
A full time or part time position, you will assist our clients in aspects of daily care and living.
From direct care and domestic assistance to social support, you will work to provide effective support to clients and recognize changes in their conditions and escalate observations and concerns in accordance with our processes.
As a home care worker, you will promote and participate in quality activities, and provide outstanding customer service.

Domestic support worker
This position is a great entry into the Aged Care industry, or perhaps you're looking for a career change. You will be building meaningful professional relationships with our clients - helping them to live confidently in their own homes.
This role focuses on providing domestic support such as cleaning, shopping, transport and socalisation. You will be assisting our clients with tasks around the house, whilst also offering a social outlet.

Care organiser
Do you have a strong eye for detail and a passion for organisation?
As a care organiser, you will be the key contact for clients and play an active role in supporting our care workers maintaining day-to-day service delivery and coordination of client services including: scheduling, intake, records management, monthly reporting and document control.
Utilising your astute customer centric skillset, you will work closely with Community Team Leaders and Care Advisors to provide high quality care services to our clients.

Margaret's joy in home care
Uniting AgeWell home care worker, Margaret Bail loves learning about the Echuca area through the eyes of its older residents, who helped shape the beautiful Campaspe region into what it is today.
She particularly enjoys the snapshot of farm life she sees. “Some clients have been farmers all their lives,” she explains. “They love the land – and they’re so grateful for the care I provide, which enables them to continue to live well at home. They smile and say ‘thank you,’ and that makes my day!”
Margaret has only been with Uniting AgeWell for a short time, but already feels part and parcel of the Uniting AgeWell family.
They’re very supportive and friendly, and I like it that everyone is encouraged to learn and be the best that they can.

A heartfelt thank you
Every ‘thank you’ we receive is heart-warming. Some bring smiles to the faces of our caring staff. But when the home care team in Hobart received this email from client Roger Davidson, there were lumps in quite a few throats that simply would not go away.
And while Roger praised the whole team – carers and office staff – he singled out Personal Care Workers Denise Joss and Tracy Grimsey for special mention, referring to them as “family.”
To all the carers, I say thank you for your excellent service. Denise and Tracy are my family! Many other carers have taken care of me – there are too many to name, it would fill up this page ... they are all dedicated to their jobs.
