One of the common challenges for aged care and health care professionals is to determine whether resident disturbed behaviours are due to perceptual or sensory changes, onset of a mental health condition, medication or dementia.

He coordinates a specialist clinical support team while applying his 20 years of experience running clinical trials in Alzheimer's disease.
