Remembering loved ones
Celebrate the life of a loved one when they pass away with a special gift through Uniting AgeWell
DonateGiving in memory of a loved one
A special and meaningful way to honour a loved one when they pass away is by offering friends and family the opportunity to make a donation to Uniting AgeWell to celebrate their life instead of sending flowers. Your gift will be used to help sustain the inclusive and compassionate care and quality services for which Uniting AgeWell is known.
Our Book of Memory lists all those who were honoured this year through memorial gifts to Uniting AgeWell.
Special celebrations
Our celebration giving program suits any occasion and is a wonderful way to acknowledge someone special. You might want to make a gift in honour of a family member or friend’s birthday, wedding or anniversary, or simply pay tribute to the role they play in your life. We will send a personal note to your honoree announcing that a donation has been made in their name.
