Uniting AgeWell responds to unsubstantiated allegation

An anonymous, unsubstantiated allegation about standards of care at a Uniting AgeWell residential care facility in Tasmania was published on the Aged Care Watch website and subsequently reported in the media today. Uniting AgeWell refutes this concerning allegation.

Our Sorell facility has an excellent reputation for delivering a high standard of care, with consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.

All residents, families and staff are actively encouraged and supported to raise issues and concerns directly with Uniting AgeWell, which are always fully investigated and action taken where appropriate.
