Uniting AgeWell offers a range of community programs and supports to help you achieve your goals, giving you easy access to the services you need.

This could be attending a weekly activity group at one of our community centres, or joining a Tai Chi or gym class to help build your strength and resilience. You may need an allied health service such as podiatry or physiotherapy. Or you may need respite from your caring duties. We can help you develop the right program to reach your goals.

Getting Started

My Aged Care coordinates all assessments and referrals for community services programs across Australia.

If you would like to join one of our Social Connections programs, you can contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or through myagedcare.gov.au.
