What social connections programs do we offer?
Group activities
Enjoy the company and conversations of others in your local community.
Our centres provide:

- Gentle exercise programs

- Outings to local places of interest
- Lunch out in the community
Individual support at home
We can introduce you to a like-minded volunteer to share a social activity or do something that's important to you.
You and your volunteer may enjoy:
- Visits at your home
- Meeting up for a coffee
- Going for a walk
- Sharing a skill or hobby
- Watching a movie or playing a game
Connect over the phone
Our Telelink program allows you to join regular conversations with others who share similar interests. From trivial pursuit to armchair travel, crosswords and more.
Prefer a one-on-one catch-up? Join our Chat-A-Ring program. You'll be matched with one of our friendly volunteers for a regular chat.
