Our social connections programs are designed to help you continue to do the things you love. Explore new passions and build new connections in your local community.

Group activities

Our Telelink program allows you to join regular conversations with others who share similar interests. From trivial pursuit to armchair travel, crosswords and more.

    ​The Kingsville AgeWell Centre provides social support for older people in Melbourne’s west, including dementia-specific programs run by experienced staff.

    Uniting AgeWell's Latrobe AgeWell Centre provides social support and respite and carer support to Tasmania’s north west.

  • Launceston AgeWell Centre

    Operating out of Kings Meadows Community, Aldersgate each Thursday from 10am to 2pm, Launceston AgeWell Centre offers social support and day respite for community clients over the age of 65.
